Promotional Products Help Company At Trade Show

Challenge: To increase trade show traffic and qualified leads
A large telecommunications company wanted to make better use of its trade show presence. Specifically, they aimed to increase trade show traffic and the number of qualified leads they obtained.

Solution: Overhaul trade show booth and give out promotional products
The telecommunications company decided their old booth needed an overhaul because visitors weren't excited. Something had to change. The company's solution was to adopt a futuristic theme for its booth at two trade shows. Visitors to the booth were greeted by the company's “Wireless Warriors” who invited them to the shooting gallery kiosk, an arcade-style computer game. There they could take aim with the promoted barcode scanner on the “Distribution Deadlies,” cartoon characters representing warehouse problems. Promotional hi-tech glasses were awarded to players achieving a certain score. The high scorers for the day won cordless telephones. All booth visitors were given shopping bags filled with promos like silver-holograph promotional stickers.

Result: A serious increase in leads!
At the first trade show there was a 98% increase in leads. At the second show leads went up by 41%. The company couldn't have been happier, and they look forward to more success using promotional products.
